Why this list exists

Maintaining the newsletter, calculators, and public analyses has fixed costs.
This list is one way to offset those costs without placing content behind a paywall.

Nothing on the list is required to follow the work.
No product is necessary to access the material.


What you will find

Products are limited to a small number of supplement categories that have repeatable use-cases in endurance training:

  • Carbohydrate sources for fueling longer or denser sessions
  • Protein for post-session recovery support
  • Creatine and beta-alanine for high-intensity capacity
  • Caffeine-based products for acute performance or alertness

Formulations are intentionally simple.
Multiple brands appear only when formulations are equivalent.

Selection constraints

Products are included only if they meet all of the following:

  • Clear labeling of active ingredients and dose
  • No proprietary blends or opaque ratios
  • Compatibility with established dose-response data
  • Practical use in training, not marketing-driven positioning

Products are removed when formulations change or transparency drops.


What this list is not
